COLONIAL STYLE HOMES

If you took the Cape Cod, expanded it in size and added a full second story for bedrooms, you’d have something very similar to the traditional Colonial style home.

Symmetrical in overall image, even the windows tended to be symmetrical, usually double-hung with many small, equally sized panes. Front doors were located in the center of the front façade.

These buildings typically included details including steep roofs, rich but subtle ornamentation, and a massive central chimney.

As warm and family-friendly as the Cape Cod, the Colonial adds the option of very large spaces and more rooms. What do you want your new home to do?

OTHER TRADITIONAL STYLES:

“Your workers (including your office personnel) always made us feel ‘like family,’ as opposed to a customer. We truly believe we could not have gotten better service from anyone else. We expected top notch service and everyone on your staff delivered.”
