Our Story
Now a team of about 30 experts in design, construction and more, Brio Design Homes started with just one. The year was 1990, and Jeff Grundahl – at just 19 years old – decided to start his own company. JG Development, as we were first known, steadily built a reputation for home building and remodeling you could trust.
JG eventually branched out into commercial construction, too, and launched the Brio Design Homes brand for residential work in 2015.
Today, Brio Design Homes is 100% employee owned as a division of parent company JG Development – with Jeff as chairman.
