This industrial style home and pool house addition reflect the owners’ love of bold design and country living. 

Working closely with Brio Design Homes, the homeowners incorporated one truly distinctive feature into the original build: repurposed commercial shipping containers. The containers were transformed into functional interior spaces, including a coat closet, powder room, and walk-in pantry with a sliding door. A Snap-On toolbox was repurposed as kitchen island cabinetry.

Throughout the home, industrial details meet thoughtful craftsmanship: exposed steel beams, concrete countertops, stainless steel cable railings, bamboo flooring, and striking industrial light fixtures.

Designed to blend seamlessly with the original home, the pool house addition extends the industrial aesthetic while adding exceptional function and comfort. Year-round entertainment space includes a wet bar, indoor patio area, locker room, and bathroom with shower and laundry.
