Brio Design Homes returns to build in Bishops Bay with this single-story residence rich in details for a couple starting a new chapter – and for the 2027 Spring Parade of Homes!

With their children grown, the homeowners are downsizing without compromising. Brio’s design team crafted every square foot with intention.

Vertical board-and-batten siding in Desert Stone anchors the exterior palette, complemented by stone accents, decorative timber brackets and metal roofing. The central front entry serves as the focal point, featuring clerestory windows, a shed roof overhang, full-height windows and herringbone-stamped concrete.

The kitchen pairs a light color palette with rich wood accents. A large central island has seating on two sides and perimeter cabinetry topped with glass transoms. A counter-to-ceiling hutch with open floating shelves flanks the picture-window wall.

In the great room, wrapped beams and a tongue-and-groove tray ceiling extend into the dining room, which features an arched opening and hidden storage. A floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with a timber mantel and built-in cabinetry grounds the space.

Off the great room, a three-season porch adds another gathering spot — rain or shine.
