Craftsman Style – Lake Wisconsin

An existing home on this Lake Wisconsin site was demolished and replaced with a design that fit better on the narrow lot, maximizing lake views with a smaller footprint. Later, a new boathouse was constructed for even more enjoyment of lake life.

This exterior of the new Craftsman Style homes features a combination of horizontal and board and batten siding with gable accents, and a covered front porch with stone columns.

Interior highlights include an open first-floor layout, Amish-made maple cabinetry and Cambria countertops in the kitchen, a furniture-style vanity with vessel sink in the powder room, and a second floor master suite.

The lower level layout encompasses a family room with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a half bathroom and a walk out patio.
